Replaced hard drive, yet retained all data, settings and windows.

It’s been a while, but a computer came into the office with an 80Gb disk drive nearly all used up.  While the customer waited, I took a total image of the drive before replacingthat drive with a 500Gb unit purchased by the client.  Within minutes, I had the old image on the new drive.  I then extended the drive space to cover the whole disk.

All the settings, favourites, autocomplete, data, libraries, everything was retained.  Nothing was lost.  The customer now has another 400Gb of storage, and a faster PC to note.
