{"id":1087,"date":"2022-04-07T11:41:01","date_gmt":"2022-04-07T11:41:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bristol-computer-support.co.uk\/bristolcomputersupportblog\/?p=1087"},"modified":"2022-04-07T11:41:02","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T11:41:02","slug":"windows-11-home-setup-without-connecting-to-a-network","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bristol-computer-support.co.uk\/bristolcomputersupportblog\/?p=1087","title":{"rendered":"Windows 11 Home &#8211; Setup without connecting to a network"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You can bypass the &#8220;let\u2019s connect you to a network&#8221; screen by killing the networkconnectionflow.exe process using the Task Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since you already have Windows 11 installed at this stage, you can launch the Task Manager on top of your setup wizard using Command Prompt and kill the process.<br>Here&#8217;s how to do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assuming you are in the Let\u2019s connect you to a network screen, press Shift + F10 to launch the Command Prompt.<br>In the Command Prompt window, type taskmgr and hit enter to launch Task Manager.<br>open task manager command prompt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, use the Ctrl + Shift + Esc shortcut to launch Task Manager without Command Prompt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click More Details to open Task Manager in full view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Processes tab, locate Network Connection Flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select Network Connection Flow and then click the End task button.
